We create personalized ceremonies that honor life’s meaningful transitions, including weddings, adoptions, name changes, gender affirmations, sobriety milestones, parenthood, and more!

Do ceremonies have to be religious?

No. Ceremonies can be secular, spiritual, interfaith, religious, or a blend of traditions that reflects your values and beliefs.

Do you only perform weddings?

Not at all. We specialize in all kinds of life transitions and celebrations, including many milestones that are rarely recognized with ceremony.

What kinds of ceremonies do you offer?

We offer weddings, elopements, vow renewals, adoption ceremonies, name change ceremonies, gender affirmation ceremonies, sobriety celebrations, new parent blessings, retirement celebrations, memorials, and custom ceremonies.

What if I don’t see my type of ceremony listed?

We’d love to hear your idea. Every story is unique, and we’re happy to create a custom ceremony that reflects your needs.

Planning & Booking

How much do ceremonies cost?

Ceremonies start at $99 but because each ceremony is unique, prices vary. However, because of our commitment to inclusivity, we try to offer accessible pricing for everyone.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance, though we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability and for an extra fee.

Do you travel?

Yes. We serve the Charlotte region and may travel farther by request. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

Can family and friends participate?

Absolutely. We love incorporating readings, blessings, vows, stories, music, and other meaningful contributions from loved ones.

Can you help us write vows or ceremony readings?

Yes. We can provide guidance, writing assistance, and fully customized ceremony scripts.

Do you provide rehearsal services?

Wedding rehearsals are an option for your custom package!

Are your ceremonies inclusive of chosen family?

Absolutely. We recognize that family can be formed through birth, adoption, friendship, partnership, and community.

Can ceremonies be held outside of a traditional venue?

Yes. We can officiate ceremonies in homes, parks, community spaces, gardens, beaches, event venues, and other meaningful locations.

What if I’m nervous about being the center of attention?

You’re not alone. We will work with you to create a ceremony that feels comfortable, authentic, and true to your personality.

Logistics

Do you officiate legal weddings?

Yes. If you’re getting legally married, we can guide you through the marriage license process and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.

Do you file the marriage license?

We will complete and return the signed license according to local requirements.

Do you require a deposit?

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your ceremony date and time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Zelle electronic payments.
